Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you may withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
How to return
Email us at mail@vivesambros.com or call (+34) 638 117 886 with your order number. We will send you the return instructions.
Conditions
- Bottles must be unopened, with capsule and seal intact and, where possible, in their original packaging.
- For health and hygiene reasons, unsealed or opened bottles cannot be returned.
- Personalised products (e.g. cava with a custom label) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
- Unused gift vouchers may be returned within 14 days; once redeemed they are non-refundable.
Costs and refunds
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect — in that case we cover it and replace the product free of charge.
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of shipment), including the standard initial delivery cost if you return the full order.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 72 hours with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost.
