What data we process and why
- Online shop orders: name, contact details, shipping address and payment data (processed by Stripe/WooPayments; we do not store card numbers). Purpose: fulfilling your purchase, delivery and invoicing.
- Winery visit bookings: name, contact details and booking information, to manage your reservation and related communications.
- Customer service: enquiries via form, email or WhatsApp.
- Post-sale communications: e.g. an invitation to review your experience (legitimate interest).
- Analytics and advertising: with your consent (cookie banner) we measure site usage and campaigns with Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads; the Meta pixel may load after your interaction. See our Cookie Policy.
Legal basis
Contract performance (orders and bookings), consent (analytics/advertising cookies) and legitimate interest (customer service and post-sale communications).
Recipients
Service providers required to operate: payment gateways (Stripe, WooPayments), carriers, our hosting provider and — only with your consent — Google (Analytics/Ads) and Meta. We never sell your data.
Retention
Order and invoicing data is kept for the legally required tax periods; other data while our relationship lasts or until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to mail@vivesambros.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish DPA (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Minors
This website sells alcoholic beverages and is intended exclusively for adults over 18.
